1. Setup Fees
Setup fees paid to Avunja Jiinue Sacco are non-refundable once onboarding is completed and services have commenced.
2. Capital Contributions
Capital contributions are governed by Sacco bylaws and may only be withdrawn subject to:
- Notice requirements
- Approval processes
- Regulatory compliance
3. Regular Contributions
Regular contributions are not refundable except under officially approved withdrawal or exit processes.
4. SaaS Payments
Payments made to Jiinue Tech Company Ltd for Sacco-as-a-Service subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to:
- Management review
- Compliance with financial regulations
- Approval by authorized officers
