Affiliates must:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Comply with Kenyan law
• Avoid deceptive marketing practices

2. Commission Structure

Commissions may be paid based on:

• Successful Sacco member registrations
• Valid SaaS subscription purchases
• Completed financial transactions

3. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• Use spam tactics
• Misrepresent Jiinue services
• Engage in fraudulent referrals
• Manipulate tracking systems

4. Termination

Jiinue reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time.

5. Governing Law

Governed by Kenyan law.
