A clear, well-lit photo of your face. JPG or PNG. We match it against the photo on your ID.

KRA PIN certificate

PDF or photo of your KRA PIN certificate. Optional but recommended for Kenyan members.

Proof of address

Utility bill, bank statement, or lease — within the last 3 months. Optional.

We compare the name on the document to your stated legal name

Photo verification

Operator review confirms the selfie matches the photo on the document

Retention

Stored encrypted for the minimum period required by regulation
